Off the Mat Mastery
Apr 11, 2026 - Apr 11, 2026

Off the Mat Mastery is a 2-hour immersive workshop designed to help you bring the wisdom of yoga into the other 23 hours of your day.

Together, we’ll explore what it truly means to embody the yogic path in everyday life. Through accessible meditation, exploration of the yamas and niyamas (the ethical foundations of yoga), intentional posture practice, and conscious breathwork, you’ll learn practical tools for integrating yoga beyond the physical practice.

This workshop weaves yoga philosophy with real-life application, helping you cultivate greater clarity, steadiness, and purpose in how you move through the world.

Expect a thoughtful blend of:
• Guided meditation and breathwork
• Reflection on the yamas & niyamas
• Gentle, intentional movement
• Practical tools for living your yoga off the mat

Come ready to reflect, move, breathe, and deepen your relationship with yourself and the world around you.

Core For Life: Connecting to Move with Power and Ease
Apr 18, 2026 - Apr 18, 2026

This workshop is designed to transform the way you think about your “midsection” by shifting the focus from fitness aesthetics to functional strength. Together, we’ll explore how a stable center is the foundation of every movement you make — whether you’re exercising, lifting groceries, sitting at a desk, or simply moving through daily life.

During this 2-hour workshop, we’ll learn that the core is a 360-degree support system that goes far beyond the abdominal muscles. You’ll explore simple, accessible movements that help stabilize the spine during everyday tasks while learning how proper core engagement can protect your joints, improve posture, and build lasting resilience.

Through guided movement and practical instruction, you’ll begin to experience how coordinated core engagement allows your body to move with greater efficiency, strength, and ease.

By the end of this session, you’ll leave with a practical toolkit for moving with more confidence and — hopefully — less pain. You’ll learn how to stop working against your body and instead move as a connected, powerful system so that you can thrive in your everyday life.

This Workshop Is Great For

• Anyone wanting to improve core stability and body awareness
• People experiencing back discomfort or feeling unstable during movement
• Yoga practitioners, gym members, and beginners who want to move more safely and efficiently
• Anyone curious about building strength that supports real-life movement

What Will Be Provided

• Yoga mats
• Yoga blocks
• Light weights
• Journals and pens for reflection

What to Bring

• Comfortable clothing you can move freely in
• Water bottle
• Optional: your personal yoga mat, journal

All levels are welcome.
