Join us for an evening of deep rest, gentle reflection, and
heart-centered healing.
This Sound Bath + Guided Meditation + Heart Chakra Reiki experience
is designed to help you slow down, soften the nervous system, and
reconnect with the space of the heart.
We will begin with a guided meditation to help you settle into the
body and breath, gently bringing awareness to the heart center.
From there, you’ll be guided into a sound bath using quartz crystal
singing bowls, while heart-chakra–focused Reiki is offered to
support balance, connection, and gentle energetic clearing.
As layers of resonant sound wash over you, you are invited to rest,
receive, and allow the body to enter a deeply relaxed, meditative
state. There is nothing to do and nowhere to go, simply lie down,
get comfortable, and receive

Self-Love & Healing: Deep Rest for the Heart is a deeply restorative experience designed to support relaxation, emotional healing, and reconnection with yourself. The experience includes gentle movement, yoga nidra, sound bath, and reflective journaling.
Yoga nidra—often called yogic sleep—guides the body into deep rest while the mind remains gently aware. This practice has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and support emotional regulation and self-compassion.
We’ll close with guided journaling, inviting you to write a letter to yourself from this grounded, rested state—something you can return to whenever you need a reminder of care and connection.
All props and materials are provided, including journals, pens, and a small heart stone to take home as a reminder of the practice. You’re also welcome to bring your own props or materials if that feels supportive.
No prior yoga, meditation, or
journaling experience is required.
