Begin the new year not by rushing forward—but by pausing, listening, and choosing with intention.
This special New Year’s Day gathering is a 90-minute reflective and restorative experience designed to help you honor what the past year has shaped in you, gently release what no longer serves, and intentionally name what you want to bring into the year ahead—in a way that feels honest, embodied, and sustainable.
Together, we’ll create space to reflect, write, breathe, listen, and rest—supported by sound and community.
