The Empowered Brand New Beginner course is a four-week beginner wellness program that teaches you how to develop a mindful movement practice.
Our Empowered Yoga and Balanced Athlete programs will improve
flexibility, muscle tone, posture, alleviate pain, and focus your
mind. You will leave your very first class relaxed and energized.
After eight classes, you will have experienced a transformational
program. We strongly encourage everyone new to our studios to
attend our Empowered Brand New Beginner Course.

Sink into serenity with gentle, restorative movement set to live music, followed by a deeply soothing sound bath featuring crystal bowls, chimes, and drums. Let the rhythm calm your mind and the sound waves wash over your body.
Dress comfortably and bring a water bottle. We provide bolsters and blankets for your comfort — but feel free to bring your favorite eye cover, extra blanket, or pillow to enhance your relaxation.

Time to find your ultimate state of rest... Unlike traditional asana practice where we aim to balance effort and ease, this restorative practice is all about ease. Long held postures supported by props give you time to relax and unwind. In this space we will explore the connection between breath, our thoughts and how we hold ourselves, relieving tension anywhere we find it.
Restorative practice works on a level of mindfulness that promotes harmony and balance in your asana practice. The two are undeniably intertwined, like working opposing muscles, one undoubtedly strengthens the other.
Lavender-infused eye towels will be provided to soothe the senses and reset the mind. Fuel Up with wholesome snacks and a calming cup of tea post-class!
