Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that focuses on strengthening muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. It emphasizes controlled, precise movements, often with an emphasis on core strength. Through a series of flowing, intentional exercises, Pilates promotes balanced muscle development, better body awareness, and overall well-being.
This floor based practice uses longer held postures to gently stress the fascia and connective tissues, resulting in increased mobility, healthier joints, and more sustainable strength.
Yin helps release chronic tension patterns, restore tissue elasticity, and balance in the body. Along the way, this practice creates connected and intentional breath, deep mental decompression, and nervous system regulation.
