Tuesdays 6:45-7:45pm
This 4-week program is designed to introduce you to foundational yoga postures, the principles of movement, and breathing techniques that can help mitigate stress and enhance your energy.
You’ll learn how to safely move your body, build confidence with weight-bearing techniques, and develop awareness that supports long-term wellness.
Whether you’re new to yoga, returning from injury, or simply looking to move out of pain and into balance, this program will teach you how to create a sustainable, mindful approach to yoga and movement in general — one that connects strength, breath, and presence.
You’ll receive:
· 4 beginner course classes
· 4 additional classes to be used at your discretion during the month of the course.
This will allow you to sample the different classes at Empowered. The foundational theme covered in each beginner course class prepares you to use your additional classes.
Leave each session feeling grounded, energized, and empowered — ready to move through life with strength and balance.
Join Sara for a special 60-minute, non-heated pop-up class incorporating Pilates mini balls to elevate your practice. These small (9–10 inch) stability balls are used to increase muscle activation, enhance core strength, and improve posture through controlled, intentional movement. The added resistance and feedback help you connect more deeply to your muscles and refine alignment.
This all-level class is low-impact, strengthening, and surprisingly challenging in the best way. Expect to leave feeling balanced, supported, and strong.
Join Molly for a 90 minute extended Stationary Sequence Class. Stationary Sequence is a full-body, breath-based practice designed to support both beginners and advanced practitioners. This heated class follows the same sequence of postures each time, allowing you to build strength, flexibility, and confidence through repetition. Rooted in alignment and mindful movement, the consistency of the sequence helps deepen concentration and body awareness. The steady rhythm of breath and movement creates a meditative, grounding experience.
This floor based practice uses longer held postures to gently stress the fascia and connective tissues, resulting in increased mobility, healthier joints, and more sustainable strength.
Yin helps release chronic tension patterns, restore tissue elasticity, and balance in the body. Along the way, this practice creates connected and intentional breath, deep mental decompression, and nervous system regulation.
