Introduction to Meditation 4-week Series

Engine House invites you to join a four-week introduction to meditation designed for beginners and the curious alike. Research from Harvard University shows that regular meditation can positively change the brain’s gray matter, supporting improved memory, a stronger sense of self, greater empathy, and reduced stress.

 

Each week, we’ll explore a different approach to meditation, including:

· How to begin and build a meditation practice

· Breath awareness and gazing meditation

· Sound and mantra meditation

· Labelling thoughts and cultivating mindfulness

 

Discover practical tools to support calm, clarity, and well-being in everyday life.
