Spinal Posture Assessment Workshop
Jan 30, 2026 - Jan 30, 2026

This workshop is designed to help you better understand your spine, how it naturally aligns, and how posture influences the way you move, feel, and age. During this interactive spinal posture assessment workshop, we’ll explore the most common spinal alignment patterns and discuss how different postures affect strength, mobility, and overall spine health.

You’ll receive a personalized spine analysis to identify your unique spinal posture. From there, participants will break into small groups based on their alignment type. Each group will learn targeted exercises designed to support their natural spinal curves, strengthen areas that tend to be weak, and stretch muscles that are overactive or overly tight. The goal is to create an overall balanced spine that moves efficiently and stays resilient.

This workshop focuses on practical application—helping you understand what your spine needs and how to support it through intentional movement. Whether you’re dealing with stiffness, postural habits from daily life, or simply want to move better in the new year, this session provides tools you can use immediately.

The Spinal Posture Assessment Workshopwill take place on January 30 from 6:00–8:00 PM. This is a free workshop for members and non‑members, but advance sign‑up is required and spots are limited.

Come get your spine analysis and learn how to best support your spine for the new year with smarter, more personalized movement.
