In this next Psychic Awareness Meditation Workshop, we will review the basics and combing the aura and cleansing the chakras. This workshop is open to everyone regardless of experience. In each subsequent workshop we will always return to the basics of running our energy and then adding more subtle, advanced techniques.

This workshop is an invitation to deepen your relationship with your intuitive self; listen more closely, trust what you perceive, and cultivate awareness of the subtle energies that surround and move through you.

No prior experience is necessary - just bring a folding chair for comfortability. All are welcome - just bring curiosity, openness, and a willingness to explore.

Kim Pechet has been a professional psychic for over 35 years and has facilitated Psychic Awareness workshops throughout the Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley, and Vancouver Island. Her teaching style is grounded, compassionate, and accessible, offering practical tools for intuitive development in everyday life.

A gentle, supportive space to move and breathe with your baby by your side!

This Baby & Me Yoga series is designed for new parents looking to reconnect with their bodies while nurturing connection with their little one. Each class weaves together soft, intentional movement, breathwork, and grounding moments of stillness; creating space for both you and your baby to feel calm, supported, and seen.

Expect a blend of postnatal-friendly yoga, light strengthening, and soothing stretches to help release tension from feeding, carrying, and the transitions of early parenthood. Your baby is welcome to rest, observe, or be included in gentle, playful interactions throughout the practice (they're also welcome to feed and cry and do all the other things infants like to do)! No need for your baby to be quiet, still, or “on schedule”.

Beyond movement, this series is an opportunity to slow down, meet other parents, and build community in a relaxed, non-judgmental environment.

This series is perfect for you if you’re craving:

  • Gentle movement after birth
