This event will be a full body immersive experience in which participants are awash in sound vibrations produced mainly by the gongs. The gongs are powerful vibrational beings that have a profound effect within the fields of the mind and body and open up space within our bodies. The vibrations penetrate the subtle body to release blockages that we may be holding onto allowing the frequencies to activate dormant energies in the body. This will be a deep healing session for the mind, body and soul.
Sound is one of the most ancient forms of healing that human beings have used and explored over the millenniums. Across all cultures there is reference to the power of sound to transform, transmute and heal.
* Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water bottle and anything else to create a comfortable space for yourself.

You’re Invited – Breath, Release, and Renewal
Join Vanessa Barrett for her Conscious Connected Breathwork session — a 90 minute, soul-nourishing journey designed to help you clear stress, reconnect with yourself, and maybe even surprise yourself with what comes up. This approach is gentle to moderate, and participants are guided to know they are always in control. This will be a very useful and informative session as we learn about the benefits of the breath and learn how to breathe properly in our daily lives.
Itinerary:
• Welcome & Introduction – Get comfy, set intentions, and go over how it all works.
• 45 Minutes(ish) of Breathwork – You’ll be gently guided through a continuous breathing pattern, supported by music, optional touch and/or massage to the face, shoulders, legs and feet.
• Integration & Sharing – Time to rest, reflect, and (if you wish) share in a supportive circle.
What you might experience:
• Tingling, warmth, or waves of energy moving through your body
• Emotional release (anything from laughter to tears — all welcome here)
• Visuals, insights, or moments of clarity
• A deep sense of calm, expansion, or connection
It’s not about “doing it right” — it’s about letting the breath take you where you need to go. Think of it as a little inner adventure without having to leave your yoga mat.
A quick but important note:
This practice isn’t suitable for everyone. Please skip this session (or check with your healthcare provider first) if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, glaucoma, uncontrolled high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, history of aneurysms, recent surgery or injury, severe psychiatric conditions, or other serious medical concerns. Safety first — we want you breathing easy in every sense of the word.
