You’ll learn how to strengthen where you need it most, soften where you’re holding tension, and cultivate presence through all the shifts of pregnancy. Whether you’re new to yoga or continuing your practice, this series offers a safe and supportive space to connect with your body, your baby, and other mothers-to-be.
All trimesters welcome. No previous yoga experience required. You must be approved by your physician or midwife that it is safe for you to practice prenatal yoga.
The Sunday Reset is a calming afternoon workshop designed as a cleansing reset before the week ahead.
This experience blends a gentle pilates flow to release jitters or angst, slow yin yoga, supported restorative postures, meditation, guided journaling, all with a warm cup of tea to help your body and mind downshift out of a busy pace and into a calmer state.

In this next Psychic Awareness Workshop, we will review the basics; grounding to the earth, opening our earth and cosmic channels and simply run our energy. We will also learn protection devices to clear and guard our energetic body. If time permits, we will visit various chakras to practice opening, closing and clearing them. This workshop is open to everyone regardless of experience. In each subsequent workshop we will always return to the basics of running our energy and then adding more subtle, advanced techniques.
This workshop is an invitation to deepen your relationship with your intuitive self; listen more closely, trust what you perceive, and cultivate awareness of the subtle energies that surround and move through you.
