A 6-week Course on How to Build a Meditation Practice Even if You Have a Busy Mind
When we think of mindfulness, most of us picture a person sitting still, cross-legged on a cushion, their mind calm and void of thoughts. Though a beautiful image, this actually limits the full experience that this practice offers us.
In its fullest expression, mindfulness meditation is a full-bodied, heart-centered practice that allows you to step behind the stories, thoughts, and judgments about not being or doing enough and experience the freedom, stillness, and joy of everyday living. The purpose is not to transcend or conquer the body, but to inhabit it more fully.
Join us for a 6-week program where you’ll learn why mindfulness meditation is so much more than just quieting your thoughts. Instead of waiting for the perfect moment where there is no inner conflict or turmoil, learn how to turn to your experience and find freedom and peace regardless of your circumstances.
In this class you'll gain tools for establishing a practice at home so you can feel steady and compassionate wherever you are. This 6-week program is ideal if you’re new to meditation, have struggled to maintain a steady practice, or have hit a plateau and are looking to deepen.
Join us and taste the freedom that comes from learning to stop the incessant hustle.
