Times are subject to change as we know
more about how long each band will play. Generally, times run late
but we will never run earlier than the posted time so that no one
is caught off guard and not ready to start.
Please arrive at least
30 minutes prior to your
student’s start time to get settled and check in with a teacher
(sooner to support the earlier acts!). Guitar players should get
their guitars out and let them warm up to the room for a bit and
get tuned up. Tuning at home does not count!

FOOD
They do NOT have a kitchen but there
are a lot of good food options for carry out that you can bring in
to eat. We just ask that you make sure to throw your own trash
away. They do NOT have servers other than at the bar so no one will
come clean the tables aside from grabbing some glasses. In order to
support the venue, consider buying a drink and tipping the bar
staff well so that they enjoy having us. We strive to bring the
kids to the best stages/venues in the city that we can so we want
them to have a good night as well as us!
PARKING
There is a fairly large parking lot attached to the
venue. I believe there are 2 sections. If the main one is full,
there SHOULD be room in the next one. However, there will be
volleyball leagues going on so it could be extra busy (which is
great for our show!)
PROMO
I will send a poster for this show to be shared. If everyone
doesn’t mind sharing it on social media to help spread the word
that would be great. We want to give he kids as big of a crowd as
we can!
