Neurodiverse Minds: Wellbeing Through Hormonal Change
May 21, 2026 - May 21, 2026
“Neurodiverse
Minds: Wellbeing Through Hormonal Change”
Hormonal shifts — particularly during midlife — don’t just
affect the body. They can impact how we think, feel, process and
cope with everyday life.
For some women, this might show up as brain fog, overwhelm,
anxiety, sensory sensitivity or a feeling of being ‘not quite
yourself’.
In this workshop, Alison Pell explores the connection between
hormones and the brain — including insights from her research into
neurodiversity and menopause — in a way that is inclusive,
accessible and relevant to all women.
Whether you identify as neurodiverse or not, this session will
help you better understand what’s happening, feel less alone, and
give you practical ways to support your wellbeing.
