Monthly Sound Healing: Sound Nidra with Manuela

Enjoy a deeply relaxing sound healing meditation designed to support rest, nervous system regulation, and energetic balance.

This Sound Nidra experience is led through immersive vibrational sound using crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gong, flute, rain sticks, and other therapeutic instruments. Rather than verbal guidance, sound becomes the primary pathway, gently guiding the body and mind into a meditative, dreamlike state of deep rest and restoration.

The resonant frequencies work on a cellular level to support relaxation, pain relief, emotional release, and overall well-being, allowing the body to soften and the mind to quiet naturally.

Sound Nidra is offered on the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 6–7pm.

Spring Schedule: April 8th | May 13th | June 10th

This event is facilitated by certified sound healer Manuela Bass. Wednesday, May 13th will be subbed by Joshua Redmond.

Monthly Guided Meditation: Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath

Join us for a guided meditative experience featuring the traditional practice of Yoga Nidra, followed by a closing sound bath.

Yoga Nidra, often referred to as “yogic sleep,” is a structured, verbally guided meditation that leads you into a state between waking and sleep. Through intentional awareness, breath, and body scanning, the nervous system settles and the body enters deep rest while the mind remains gently aware.

The first portion of this experience is dedicated entirely to guided Yoga Nidra, allowing you to rest in stillness and conscious awareness without movement or sound.

In the final 15 minutes, a gentle sound bath using crystal singing bowls, buffalo drum, and other instruments is offered to support integration, grounding, and energetic balance.

This guided meditation supports profound relaxation, inner awareness, and a sense of wholeness, leaving you feeling restored, balanced, and deeply at ease.

Offered on the 4th Saturday of each month, this class is open to those with class-cards, monthly memberships, or as a single class registration.

This event is facilitated by 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Bethany Taulbee.
