Join Annie and Dee on Saturday, Februry 21 at 11 am for a fun and challenging Partner Pilates full-body workout.
Bring a partner, or come solo and meet a new Pilates friend!
We will be using light weights and yoga blocks (equiptment will be provided) and the practice will be centered around moving with your partner. Not only will you be supporting each other, you will be getting stronger together!
Dress to impress; option to come dressed in partner themed costumes!
All participants will get extra points in the Yoga Land challenge...participants dressed in dynamic duo costumes might get extra extra points ;)
- This is a non-heated class. The room will be around 80 degrees.
- Please bring a mat, towel, and water or purchase/rent at the studio.
- This is a donation-based class. Suggested donation of $25. Proceeds go to support Cape Wellness Collaborative.
