Melt deeply into your practice with this workship designed to ease stress and anxiety. During this class, you will be guided by both a certified yoga teacher, and a licensed therapist as you pair ancient yogic practices with modern mental health philosophy to invite deep rest and relaxation to the mind and body. Students should not expect a workout per say, rather a slow paced class designed to bring attention inward. This is a one of a kind event where students will practice techniques not commonly taught in the yoga studio to provide different methods toward healing the mind and body from stress and anxiety.
