Your experience will take place in Shavasana. You will relax our minds and open to discover a place of deep concentration and inner peace. You will release negative thoughts & emotions fears and set an intention for your life now and in the time to come.

Christina has been a practitioner and teacher of the Ashtanga Yoga System for over 15 +years. From 2006-present founder and director of dedicated Ashtanga Yoga studio, Shala Santosha Yoga & Wellness. Christina is an active licensed oncology-cancer nurse, advocate and navigator to cancer patients. Certified yoga educator, health and wellness ambassador. A member to holistic nurses association, American college of lifetime medicine, E-RYT, YACEP educator. More importantly, she is a humble dedicated forever student, teacher and practitioner of the Ashtanga lineage, devoted to creating the many facets of the practice to flow into health and well-being. You will discover yourself enlightened by her wisdom, knowledge, experiences, intuition, humor, strength and guidance.
