Our 13-Week, Spring Sports Performance Camp is designed to elevate strength, speed, agility, and endurance- everything athletes need to start their next season ahead of the game and stand out on the field.
Designed by Certified Athletic Trainers and expert Strength and Conditioning Coaches, this program blends expert coaching with sports-specific conditioning to ensure athletes are prepared, confident, and less prone to injury when the season starts.
What Athletes Gain:

3/17-6/4. YOU WILL GET 24 TOTAL SESSIONS INCLUDING PRE AND POST TESTING IF YOU START 3/17.
COST IS PRORATED IF YOU START AFTER 3/17 AND PRE-TESTING MAY BE SCHEDULED INDIVIDUALLY IF DESIRED.

Led by our expert coaching staff of certified athletic trainers and strenth and conditioning specialists, athletes will learn how to safely train while improving their strength, flexibility, and speed/agility!
This option is for female Varsity Lacrosse athletes of Lancaster High School.
Camp begins 6/29 and ends 8/5. Sessions are held Mondays & Wednesdays at Lancaster High School.
