This 4-week meal planning challenge is designed to help you simplify food decisions, reduce stress around meals, and build a planning system that actually works for your life.
Each week we’ll meet live to introduce the focus and talk through real-life examples. Between sessions you'll work to improve your skills by applying the new skills discusses to ensure you can bring new questions and challenge to the next session as we develop meal planning skills!
You’ll also receive a downloadable menu planning sheet to use throughout the challenge and beyond.
