6-Week FAST
Program: Fight Athlete Sports Training
Our intensive 6-week FAST
program is designed around three core pillars:
1. Strength, Speed, and Plyometrics
Each session includes a comprehensive blend of
bodyweight exercises and specialized equipment to fortify your
foundational strength. Athletes will also engage in targeted
acceleration drills and plyometrics to cultivate explosive
abilities.
2. Contact Drills
We don't train fighters, we train athletes who can
fight. Doing so will help prepare them for the physical demands of
any sport with focused training on both absorbing and delivering
contact effectively.
3. Team Building Exercises
We will be forging stronger team bonds as athletes
tackle challenging physical tasks together, fostering unity and
resilience.
Lastly, our program is deeply rooted in martial
arts tradition, and athletes will train barefoot. This helps
enhance proprioception and connection with the ground by removing
the constraints of athletic footwear worn daily.

In this 45 minute session, be prepared to TEST YOUR CONDITIONING. There will be 8 categories of exercises to test your Grit, Durability, and Conditioning! Make sure you bring water, a small towel, and your amazing attitude!
