Description: Pole, floor, and chair. Exploring dominance and submission, portrayed through light partnering moves and “Little Miss Nasty” costume dierences, including a black button down man's shirt. There will be suggestive touching of yourself and by another. No heels, but can be discussed at first rehearsal. All levels welcomed.

Description: Acro Chair meets Lap Dance in this heavily partnered take on a classic. Participants are recommended to be open to and comfortable with suggestive touching as well as weight bearing moves with a partner. Heels may or may not be utilized and will be discussed at the first rehearsal as a group.

Sarah- Rehearsals Tuesday @ 8pm
Song: All Hail The One by Gina and the Eastern Block (aka Daddy Gina)
Description: This is a heels group that will explore aspects of sensuality, domination, and stepping into one's personal power, a discovery of our “Daddy” energy. Must be comfortable dancing and moving in heels as well as being in intimate connection and touching group members. Black patent boots will be a requirement for costuming. Intermediate and above.

This is dedicated time to work on your solo with the help of and instructor to guide you. This great for first time soloist or anyone looking to have dedicated time to part in the studio. This is a small group, MAX 5 people

Join us for our Intro to Pole Series on June 4th, 11th, and 18th at 4pm! Three sessions of Pole101 for the complete newbie. Learn basic grips, spins, transitions and choreography designed for the first-time pole dancer!
There will be no make-up sessions offered, please plan to attend all three sessions as each one builds on to the last.
