This workshop builds on the foundations from “Unlock Your Invert” but all inverted dancers are welcome, regardless of where you learned your first invert.
Join Angelina for this 75 minute dynamic movement workshop. We'll go over exactly what kipping is and how you can begin to utilize kipping mechanics to add power and flair to your movement both on the ground and in the air. Get ready for all the progressions as we learn the mechanics from the ground up to build both safety and confidence. No matter where you're starting from, there will be lots variations to explore.
