Our Fitness Camps are designed for youth who love to move, stay active, and build confidence in their bodies. Whether already involved in sports or simply looking to become stronger and more active, this camp provides a supportive and motivating environment to learn and grow.
Participants will experience a variety of training styles including strength training, Pilates-inspired core work, yoga, mobility training, and athletic movement drills. These activities help develop coordination, balance, flexibility, posture, and overall strength while teaching youth how to move safely and effectively.
This camp is also a great cross-training opportunity for young athletes. While many sports focus on skill development, our program emphasizes the foundational strength, stability, mobility, and body awareness that support performance and help reduce injury risk.
In addition to movement, campers will explore topics such as nutrition for growing bodies, mindset, confidence, and healthy habits to support overall wellbeing.
