**We will have 2 clients to a hoop.**

If you have your own hoop and would like to bring it please let us know, that will allow us to have more attendees.

In this 90 minute workshop, attendees can expect:
hoop entrances
hoop tricks
hoop transitions
a brief hoop choreo/flow

 

Amyleigh Babcock first tried Aerial yoga in 2018 and knew right away she found something special. A teacher at heart, it didn't take long until she decided to pursue Aerial teacher training. She became certified through Cirqfit in August 2020, specializing in Lyra hoops. Combining health and fitness with the freedom you feel from Aerial is what she strives to achieve.
