
Youth Aerial Silks – 1 Class/Week
Ages 7–12
This weekly class welcomes students of all levels—from brand new beginners to more experienced flyers. Students will be grouped by skill level within the class to ensure appropriate instruction and progression. Levels include:

Whether your child is just starting or continuing their aerial journey, this class offers a fun and supportive environment to grow strength, confidence, and technique.
Please Note:
This once-a-week session does not include participation in the
showcase/recital. If your child would like to be part of
the performance, they must enroll in at least two classes per week. Be sure to
check out our other session options for performance

Focus: Back, Shoulders & Chest Opening | Backbends | Strengthening | Handstands/Inversions
Join us for a rejuvenating aerial yoga session centered on opening the shoulders, chest, and upper back—key areas for deeper backbends, stronger posture, and confident handstands. Using the aerial hammock as a supportive tool, we’ll explore deeper stretches and strength-building movements to support your inversion practice.
This class blends mobility,
strength, and technique to help you:
Open the shoulders, chest, and spine
Build strength in the upper body and core
Release tension in the back and neck
Work toward handstands through shoulder engagement and alignment
drills
Cultivate courage, control, and confidence
Whether you’re brand new or progressing in your inversion journey, the hammock will support you in going deeper—safely and playfully.

Aerial Sling (Ages 8+)
Learn the foundations of Aerial Sling. A prerequisite for Level 1.
Explore the exciting world of aerial sling—where creativity meets movement in the air! In this class, students ages 8 and up will learn a variety of skills, poses, and tricks using a fabric sling set up like a hammock, but suspended higher above the ground than traditional aerial yoga.
Aerial sling is a fun and dynamic way to build strength, flexibility, and confidence, while developing coordination and body awareness. Whether you're brand new or already have some aerial experience, this class offers a fresh and playful approach to flying!
