Full 90 x Atomic Fitness – Youth Soccer Strength & Speed
An elite training camp built to develop speed, strength, explosiveness, agility, and vertical jump so young soccer athletes can perform at a higher level.
Led by Coach Daniel Kaiser, a former Team Alberta and national-level soccer player who graduated from St. Francis Xavier Soccer Academy.
Athletes will work to improve acceleration, build functional strength, sharpen change-of-direction speed, and reduce injury risk in a focused, high-performance environment.
Limited to just 10 athletes per group to ensure individualized coaching and optimal results.
