SOUND + Float
with Natalie Stuber
Join us for a Friday night class that blends Yin Yoga with guided
meditation for a full restorative experience. You’ll start with
gentle, deep stretches designed to release tension and calm the
mind, followed by a guided meditation to enhance your
relaxation.
Next, unwind in a suspended aerial hammock, where you’ll experience a floating savasana that is complemented by a mini sound bath, with soothing tones that deepen your sense of peace and rejuvenation. It’s the perfect way to end the week feeling refreshed and centered - a Friday night at its finest!

In this course, we cover the extensive Cadillac and
Tower Level 1 & 2 exercises.
The Cadillac was the first equipment Joseph Pilates created.
Wonderfully versatile, the vast repertoire is as effective for new
and therapeutic clients as it is for challenging the experienced
advanced athlete.
The Cadillac “advantage” is the non- moving bed and higher platform
– appropriate for many clients with hip replacements, vertigo and
mobility issues, as well as an abundance of exercises in standing
adding dynamic functional strength elements.
The course includes a continued review of functional anatomy,
postural analysis, adaptive cueing, case studies and practice
teaching opportunities.
The Pilates Process™ approach is unique—our
priority isn’t just that clients perform Pilates well (though they
will over time). Instead, we aim for Pilates to serve the client, helping them
develop greater efficiency,
stability, balanced power, and improved posture.
