If you’re a dedicated yoga teacher*, you may want to find a way to follow your passion and become a (more) successful yoga teacher. However, a really successful yoga teacher career is not a piece of cake and remains a dream for many of us. In this workshop you will learn to hold space for others, create classes your students will appreciate and want to come back to, and create joy in teaching in every class. We will get to the root of why we teach yoga, revisit the basics of teaching and the business of yoga. Perhaps all we need is a little refresher to get the ball rolling and have your classes waitlisted in no time! Trust me, there are no secrets here as you will learn them all!
We will discuss 10+ key points to a transformational class, tips on class structure, the language of yoga, sequencing, how to use props, finding your voice, social media and much more. With time permitting will break out into groups with the intention to give a receive constructive feedback.

Every woman experiences the goddess energies of the maiden, the mother, the enchantress and the wise woman in different ways. On this full moon, celebrate your cyclical nature, explore your goddess energies and tune into your “flow” of life through meditation, journaling, and learning to chart your cycle along with the moon. By tuning in we can learn how to navigate the flow of our life with better care and understanding. Lead by Earth Mother Wellness and certified Moon Mother, Tabitha Patterson, you will dive deep into an understanding of the wounding and reawakening of the divine feminine, our cyclical nature, and the trauma we carry in our womb space. Tap into the four feminine archtypes and discover a connection to the beauty of our past, present and future menstral cycles. This expereince is intended to assist women on their healing journeys by creating a greater connection to their bodies, the moon cycle, seasons of the year, and stages of life. Whether you currently have a menstral cycle or not, connecting with your divine feminine power is open to those at all stages of their womanhood.

Once a month when the moon is fully illuminated, we have an opportunity to open up and reflect upon where we’ve been. We can tie up loose ends, release what’s no longer serving us and let go. Summer full moons are particularly potent.

Welcome to our kids yoga class! In this class, we will explore the fun and adventurous world of yoga together. Our class is designed for children ages 6-11, and no prior yoga experience is necessary.
We will start by getting our bodies moving and warming up with some gentle stretches and poses. We will then move on to some playful yoga games and activities, where we will use our imagination and creativity to explore different yoga poses.
Throughout the class, we will also focus on mindfulness and breathing techniques to help us calm our minds and focus on the present moment. We will learn how to use our breath to control our emotions and manage stress.
We will end the class with a peaceful relaxation period, where we will lie down and use guided imagery to help us unwind and let go of any tension in our bodies.
Our goal in this class is to have fun while also learning important skills such as mindfulness, self-awareness, and self-regulation. We hope that you leave feeling relaxed, happy, and more connected to yourself and those around you.
Dates July 19th, July 26th, Aug 2nd, Aug 9th, Aug 16th, Aug 23rd
