This group combines the strength of shared experiences with practical approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and therapeutic yoga techniques. Each session includes gentle movement, interactive discussions, and take-home strategies for enhancing your well-being. Light refreshments and snacks to enjoy together will also be provided.
This is an accessible and welcoming group that is open to all adults living with chronic illness and/or chronic pain. Absolutely no prior yoga or mindfulness experience is needed. All movement practices are structured so that anyone can participate in ways that are best supportive for themself in the present moment.

Steve Jones is a Licensed Clinical Social Workers who lives with chronic illness and chronic back pain. He works regularly with individuals navigating the extra life hurdles that come with managing and thriving with chronic conditions.
 Join us Thanksgiving Day at 9:00 am for a grounding practice to honor our lived experiences, savor the present moment, and cultivate gratitude toward self and community.
This Gratitude Practice blends mindful movement, community
sharing, and restful yoga nidra. Led by Alysha Rose and
Steve Jones,
this gathering will offer space to reflect, connect, and find
peace. Let’s create a morning filled with gratitude, joy, and

No prior yoga experience? No worries—this practice is for
EVERYONE.
