This group combines the strength of shared experiences with practical approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and therapeutic yoga techniques. Each session includes gentle movement, interactive discussions, and take-home strategies for enhancing your well-being. Light refreshments and snacks to enjoy together will also be provided.
This is an accessible and welcoming group that is open to all adults living with chronic illness and/or chronic pain. Absolutely no prior yoga or mindfulness experience is needed. All movement practices are structured so that anyone can participate in ways that are best supportive for themself in the present moment.

Participants may split the registration fee into up to 4
payments. First (deposit) payment is due at the time of
registration with the remainder of the balance due by the series
end (select the payment plan option at registration). Deposit &
subsequent payments are non-refundable, even if you do not finish
or choose not to attend the series. By selecting a payment plan
option you are granting permission for your card on file to be
charged according to the payment plan you choose, and the terms
identified here. You agree and understand that you owe the full
registration fee to be paid in full by the series end date,
regardless of the number of meetings you attend.
