Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this experience is for you. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring any props that enhance your comfort (yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, etc.).

This group combines the strength of shared experiences with practical approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and therapeutic yoga techniques. Each session includes gentle movement, interactive discussions, and take-home strategies for enhancing your well-being. Light refreshments and snacks to enjoy together will also be provided.
This is an accessible and welcoming group that is open to all adults living with chronic illness and/or chronic pain. Absolutely no prior yoga or mindfulness experience is needed. All movement practices are structured so that anyone can participate in ways that are best supportive for themself in the present moment.

Join us at Full Circle Yoga & Therapy for a creative and welcoming evening designed for couples who want to connect with each other and with a community of like-minded people. This unique date night includes a guided partner yoga practice, live music by Zoë Tucker, and light food and refreshments in a warm, relaxed setting.
You do not need any prior yoga experience. The partner yoga session will focus on accessible movement, breath, and connection, offering space to support and be supported. After the practice, stay and enjoy music, conversation, and refreshments with other couples who value meaningful experiences.

Join us for Seasons of Self, a heart-centered workshop series honoring the cycles of nature through yoga, mindfulness, and ritual. Across four gatherings, we will align our practice with the rhythm of the changing seasons, celebrating the Spring Equinox, Summer Solstice, Autumn Equinox, and Winter Solstice.
Each seasonal workshop offers a unique experience designed to help you connect with nature, find balance, and embrace transformation:
- Spring Equinox: Awaken with gentle flows, guided meditations, and rituals of renewal to plant intentions for the year ahead.
- Summer Solstice: Soak up the energy of the sun with invigorating yoga, grounding mindfulness practices, and rituals to harness the season’s fullness.
- Autumn Equinox: Reflect and restore with calming movement, guided reflections, and rituals of gratitude and letting go.
- Winter Solstice: Find stillness and inner warmth with slow, nurturing yoga, mindfulness practices, and rituals that invite rest and introspection.
This series is designed for practitioners of all levels. Each gathering will include a blend of all-levels yoga, mindfulness exercises, group rituals, and time for community sharing, creating a sacred space to honor the turning of the seasons and connect deeply with yourself and others.
