In this workshop, we’re breaking down why treating the shoulder alone often leads to temporary fixes and how the real driver of your pain could be your rib cage, spine, or even the way your body moves through your lifts. You’ll learn how breathing mechanics, rib cage positioning, and control through the thoracic spine and surrounding joints directly impact shoulder function, strength, and pain. We’ll walk through practical assessments and give you targeted mobility and stability drills you can immediately apply to your training- so you can move better, lift stronger, and stop chasing symptoms.
