Teen Silks Level 2 Class (Ages 13–17) Prerequisites: Students must have completed at least three (3) Level 1 Silks Series, Level 2 Kids Silks Series, or receive instructor approval before enrolling.
Ready to take it to the next level?
Our Teen Silks Level 2 Class is for students who have mastered the fundamentals and are hungry for more. This class dives deeper into challenging climbs, complex wraps, and longer sequences — with a focus on clean technique, real strength, and finding your own flow in the air.
In Level 2, students will:
- Learn more advanced wraps, drops, and transitions
- Build the strength and stamina needed for longer, more complex sequences
- Refine technique, aerial awareness, and fluid movement
- Develop confidence through creativity and personal expression in the air
This class is built for teens who are ready to be challenged — and who want to grow in a space that's both high-energy and supportive.
All Teen 5-week series run continuously throughout the year.
Our Level 2 Teen Series is designed to be taken multiple times — each session introduces a brand-new sequence with fresh skills and combinations, keeping it exciting for returning students while continuing to build on their growing aerial foundation.
Advancement beyond Level 2 requires instructor approval.
Kids Silk Hammock L1 Series
Prerequisites:
To build comfort and body awareness in the air, at least 1
Aerial Yoga class is
required (2–3 classes are
strongly recommended) or the Kids Aerial Yoga 5-week
series.
Our Kids Silk Hammock Level 1 Series is an introduction to our circus-style hammocks- longer silk, spinning, and stretchy hammocks. In this fun and supportive class, kids will learn beginner poses, wraps, and tricks both in the air and close to the ground—all while building strength, flexibility, and confidence.
Each week, students will:

Explore basic hammock skills, spins, and shapes

Build coordination, grip strength, and body awareness

Practice safe entries and exits

Learn mini aerial combos with creativity and flair

Have fun while overcoming fears and obstacles

This format makes the series both accessible for brand-new students and engaging for returning students, building on new challenges and skills.
To ensure safety and readiness, advancement to Level 2 requires instructor approval.
Kids Aerial Silks – Level 1 Series
Prerequisites:
To build comfort and body awareness in the air, at least 1
Aerial Yoga class is
required (2–3 classes are
strongly recommended) or the Kids Aerial Yoga 5-week series,
or a Kids Silk Hammock class.
Climb, twist, and fly through the air—just like a real circus star!
Our Kids Aerial Silks Series introduces young flyers to the exciting world of aerial silks in a fun and supportive environment. Perfect for beginners, this series teaches the fundamentals of climbing, wrapping, inverting, and posing—all while building strength, focus, and confidence.
Each week, kids will:

Week of 8/17-8/21 - 9am-3pm each day- Ages 7-13
Cost and Registration:
For 5 days, your kids will be immersed in circus arts, mat yoga and other modalities of fitness and wellness.

At the end of camp, we hold a student showcase where your kids will show off the skills they learned during the week!
