
Aerial Yoga for kids is a fun way to stretch & strengthen the mind, body & spirit. Students will practice classical yoga poses, flying poses, safe inversions, and relaxation techniques. Students will leave with a new trust in themselves, and having received many wonderful health benefits! We keep movements and activities fresh so you child can keep taking this series over and over!

Why a 5 Week Series?
A 5 week series allows children to learn through play, repetition,
and consistency. Yoga is not a destination, rather, a journey
through ones lifetime. Ideally, when children learn this sense of
discipline at a young age, the benefits of a committed yoga
practice can ripple out into their everyday life activities,
relationships, and responsibilities. When they learn that yoga
takes practice versus an immediate accomplishment, they learn and
accept that life is a path with good days, bad days, and everything
in between.

Kids Silk Hammock 5 Week Series
*PREREQUISITE-YOU MUST HAVE TAKEN A SUNDAY AERIAL HAMMOCK SERIES
These 5-week series are ongoing throughout the year, with a one week break in-between series. This time, our junior aerialists learn fun flips and tricks on the silk hammocks! Students will explore a variety of moves while focusing on proper alignment & technique to build upper body strength, coordination, flexibility, and focus on body awareness. These classes promote “overcoming fears & obstacles” all while laughing with our peers!
The level 1 series are designed to be taken multiple times while learning a completely new sequence with different moves each round! This makes it accessible to brand new students coming in, but is still a great way to grow and build on newer level 1 skills. You must have taken a series of aerial hammock classes to be approved to move up.

We are now introducing the Lyra Hoop to your kids! Come explore the Lyra Hoop, or Aerial Hoop as it is sometimes called. This will be a complete basics & fundamentals class, no experience is required! We will focus on building hand grip and upper body strength, knee locks, & some beautiful beginner poses within the hoop. Let your kids live out their circus dreams! :)

Kids Silk Hammock 5 Wk Series- LEVEL 2
These 5-week series are ongoing throughout the year, with a one week break in-between series. This time, our junior aerialists learn fun flips and tricks on the silk hammocks IN A LEVEL 2 CLASS! Students will explore a variety of intermediate style moves while focusing on proper alignment & technique to build upper body strength, coordination, flexibility, and focus on body awareness. These classes promote “overcoming fears & obstacles” all while laughing with our peers!
To join the level 2 series you must have taken at least 3 level 1 series and have instructor approval.
