Kids Aerial Silks – Level 1 Series
Prerequisites:
To build comfort and body awareness in the air, at least 1
Aerial Yoga class is
required (2–3 classes are
strongly recommended) or the Kids Aerial Yoga 5-week series,
or a Kids Silk Hammock class.
Climb, twist, and fly through the air—just like a real circus star!
Our Kids Aerial Silks Series introduces young flyers to the exciting world of aerial silks in a fun and supportive environment. Perfect for beginners, this series teaches the fundamentals of climbing, wrapping, inverting, and posing—all while building strength, focus, and confidence.
Each week, kids will:

Learn beginner silks skills from the ground up

Explore wraps, foot locks, and fun poses in the air

Build strength, flexibility, and body awareness

Gain confidence as they challenge themselves in new ways

Work toward a mini showcase combo by the end of the series!
All Kids 5-week series are ongoing throughout the year. In between each series there is a drop-in class to allow prospective students to try the hammock before committing to the next series.
Our Level 1 Kids Series are designed to be taken multiple times, with each session offering a completely new sequence featuring different skills and movements. This format makes the series both accessible for brand-new students and engaging for returning students, building on new challenges and skills.
To ensure safety and readiness, advancement to Level 2 requires instructor approval.
Kids Silks L2 Class (Ages 8-13)
Leveling up has never been so fun!
Prerequisites: Offered every 6 weeks in between our 5-week series, this Level 2 drop-in class is perfect for students who have completed at least three (3) Level 1 Silks Series or receive instructor approval before enrolling, and are ready to explore more advanced skills in the air.
Our Level 2 Kids Silks Class is for students who have mastered the basics and are ready to explore more challenging climbs, wraps, and sequences. This class builds on the foundation from Level 1 with a focus on clean technique, strength, and flow.
Students must have completed
In Level 2, kids will:

Learn more advanced wraps, drops, and transitions

Build strength and stamina for longer sequences

Practice clean form, aerial awareness, and fluid movement

Develop confidence through creativity and expression in the air
This class is perfect for kids who are ready for a challenge and excited to take their aerial skills to the next level in a fun, supportive space.

Kids Silk Hammock L2 Series
Prerequisites:
To ensure safety and comfort in the air, your child must
have completed a minimum of (3) Kids Silk Hammock L1 series, or
receive instructor approval before taking this
series.
In this exciting next step, kiddos will:

Start putting moves together into mini aerial routines

Build more strength, control, and confidence

Focus on clean form, creative expression, and safe skills
This series is perfect for students who are ready for a bit more challenge and love being upside down, spinning, and flowing through the air! While things get a little fancier, we keep it fun, supportive, and full of encouragement every step (or swing!) of the way.
Kids Silk Hammock L1 Series

Our Kids Silk Hammock Level 1 Series is an introduction to our circus-style hammocks- longer silk, spinning, and stretchy hammocks. In this fun and supportive class, kids will learn beginner poses, wraps, and tricks both in the air and close to the ground—all while building strength, flexibility, and confidence.
Each week, students will:

Explore basic hammock skills, spins, and shapes

Build coordination, grip strength, and body awareness

Practice safe entries and exits
-
Learn mini aerial combos with creativity and flair

Have fun while overcoming fears and obstacles
