11-13 Boys Strength Class
This class is designed to help boys ages 11-13 build strength, coordination, confidence, and a strong athletic foundation during an important stage of physical and neurological development. Through structured, age-appropriate strength training, participants learn proper movement mechanics, body awareness, and consistency — skills that support athletic performance, injury prevention, and long-term health.
Classes include dynamic warm-ups and mobility work, foundational strength training using bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells, and introductory barbell work as appropriate, athletic development drills focused on balance, coordination, and power, and short conditioning segments to build stamina and resilience. Emphasis is always placed on safe technique, gradual progression, and confidence-building in a supportive environment.
This class is appropriate for a wide range of experience levels — from boys who are new to strength training to athletes looking to improve strength and performance for sports. Coaching is individualized within the group setting so each participant is challenged appropriately while learning to train safely, move well, and develop confidence in the weight room.
Girls Strength (Ages 11–13)

This early-afternoon Tween Girls Strength class is ideal for girls coming straight from school or transitioning into structured movement earlier in the day. The program focuses on building foundational strength, coordination, balance, and confidence in a supportive, small-group environment.
Through age-appropriate strength training, participants learn proper movement mechanics, body awareness, and consistency — skills that support both sports performance and everyday life.
Whether your child is athletic or simply looking to feel stronger and more confident, this class emphasizes safe training, empowerment, and positive relationships with movement.

Warm-Up & Mobility
Dynamic movement and joint prep to reduce injury risk and improve movement quality.
Strength Training
Bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells, and light resistance work (when appropriate), with an emphasis on technique and control.
Athletic Development
Balance, coordination, agility, and foundational strength.
Conditioning
Short, fun intervals to build stamina, resilience, and confidence under effort.
Empowerment Focus
Intentional coaching to build confidence, self-esteem, and trust in their bodies.
