6 Week Yoga Immersion: Exploring Yoga Body, Mind, Form, and Function With Cass Lievsay

Join Cass Lievsay for a 6 week yoga immersion exploring the most common yoga poses (asanas) found in our All Levels Yoga Flow classes. Each week you'll build on the flow—beginning at the foundation and building up to a complete flow series/practice.

This is a wonderful option for those new to yoga as well as any experienced practitioner looking to deepen their understanding of pose alignment, sanskrit name and significance/benefit for the body and mind.

2 Session Dates:

Please bring your own props - mat, blanket/beach towel, water. If you have a strap and bolster, please bring as well.

Kindly bring your mask to be used when physical distance cannot be maintained. You will not be required to wear your mask during class.

Yin Yoga for Hip and Spine Health

Join Robin Bandemir for this special two part yin practice focused on hip and spine health. Yin yoga is a therapeutic practice consisting of longer holds of special poses meant to release the connective tissue (fascia) throughout the body. These longer pauses make use of breath and mindfulness techniques to assist the mind with supporting this physical release.

This class will take place in studio and be live streamed.

You will need 2 blocks and a blanket, optionally a strap.

PRIMORDIAL QIGONG

Gentle and soothing by nature, Primordial Qigong feels like a recharge ritual, having a particular positive impact on the energetic body and flow of chi (life force). As well as all the other health benefits of qigong, you will find this to be especially good for restoring vitality and getting rid of toxicity in the body,

The outdoor session is an opportunity to simply practice and to connect with and harness the elemental energy of nature.

5 Week Series: Introduction to Aerial

For those new to aerial, join Mari for this special 5 week series to build familiarity with the aerial hammock. During this series, you'll move through typical poses and movements including inversions building strength and comfort to attend our regular Aerial Yoga classes.

Class will be 45 minutes, includes the rental of an aerial yoga hammock for the duration of the series and will involve wearing masks during certain sections where the teacher may need to spot or assist you.

Space is limited to 3 people.
