Experience deep relaxation and healing in our restorative yoga workshop infused with the transformative energy of Reiki healing.
You will be guided through a restorative yoga practice using bolsters, blankets and other props. Poses will be held for 5-10 mins, encouraging physical, mental and emotional relaxation.
Tina and Larissa, Reiki practitioners, will channel healing energy and help bring your energy system into balance.
Reiki energy can aid in releasing emotional, mental and physical stress. It may help with conditions such as insomnia, anxiety, depression, fatigue, and pain. It is known to be mood boosting. Offering both hands-on and off healing, Reiki will enhance the effects of the restorative practice.
You will arrive with the option of having Tina perform a sage-infused energy cleanse before entering, and then you'll be 'cleansed' again with Palo Santo (to encourage positivity) during Savasana. **Please let Tina know if you'd prefer to opt out of this offering.
This practice is suitable for complete beginners and for seasoned yogis who are looking for a complete release for the body and mind.

You will learn more about the layers of yourself, known in yoga as the Koshas, along with the 4 stages of deep rest. Then you will be guided through the Koshas during the Nidra practice.
As you travel through the physical body, you will acknowledge the breath, you notice thought awareness, you will observe and witness and eventually you arrive into pure experiencing - also known as releasing into bliss.
Yoga Nidra allows the practitioner to feel and observe their entire being. It allows for deep physical and emotional rest.
