Step into gruvnYOGA and spend 75-minutes escaping from the outside worries into a blissful internal landscape. Wind down from the holiday week, or bring a loved one along with you for some sound therapy.
You will nestle into a comfortable 'nest' created by all the blankets and bolsers we have to offer, allowing for total physical rest.
Once settled, Larissa will spend an hour playing variety of sacred instruments—including crystal singing bowls, crystal harp, Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, and performing shamanic drumming.
An immersive sound experience is designed to clear stagnant energy, soothe the nervous system, and cultivate a deep sense of inner peace.
Sound healing offers a wide range of benefits, including reduced

We'll start with a feel-good flow of movement and stretch, accompanied by your favorite holiday music. After class, enjoy some eggnog and a cocoa bar while exchanging cookies.
This is a great way to relax, rejuvenate and get into the festive spirit before the busy holiday season. And the time spent in fellowship with your community will fill up your heart!

Join Alison in this resting space just before the new year to clarify what you hope to leave behind, what you choose to carry through, and what you seek in your next year.
In this time together we’ll create your Sankalpa. More than just a casual intention, a sankalpa is used in the deep meditation of yoga nidra to set a resolve. You’ll refine your own sankalpa as a seed you will plant and allow to grow throughout the next year and beyond.
AND we’ll work to grow actual roots by planting an amaryllis bulb that you will take home with you.
This practice concludes with a yoga nidra to place your sankalpa deep in your mind.
