You’re invited to an extended-length Restorative and Yoga Nidra class, with an all-levels experience designed to allow your body time to release and restore in a calm, soothing environment.
You will experience a rebalancing Yoga Nidra, then be led into the deep relaxation that Restorative yoga has to offer.
There are four main aspects of a Restorative Yoga practice that are
included in this class. Still. Quiet. Dark. Warm. All of these
elements allow your body to begin the process of softening and
quieting. This allows your nervous system to take refuge.
This gentle practice in stillness can often be challenging for our busy natures. But the conscious act of offering yourself rest is the ultimate form of self-care. You will be guided into shapes that are fully supported with props, which then creates ease and opening.
A restorative practice differs from yin, in that there is no deep
stretching. Rather, each restorative shape allows the opportunity
for a mini-meditation and internal reflection.
If you have a blanket you love, bring it with you. This can help
ease you into the refuge you desperately need. Otherwise, we have
the props to support you.

Step into gruvnYOGA and spend 75-minutes escaping from the outside worries into a blissful internal landscape.
You will nestle into a comfortable 'nest' created by all the blankets and bolsters we have to offer, allowing for total physical rest.
Once settled, Larissa will spend an hour playing variety of sacred instruments—including crystal singing bowls, crystal harp, Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, and performing shamanic drumming.
An immersive sound experience is designed to clear stagnant energy, soothe the nervous system, and cultivate a deep sense of inner peace.
Sound healing offers a wide range of benefits, including reduced
stress and anxiety,
improved sleep, enhanced clarity and focus, emotional release,
energetic alignment,
and a greater connection to the present moment. People also report
a sense of spiritual connection, deep relaxation, and feeling more
grounded in their bodies.
Once complete, you won't be rushed, and can spend time acclimating back to the outside world.
