Yoga Nidra: Your Journey through the Koshas

Join us in this educational and experiential workshop to dive
deeper into the practice of Yoga Nidra.
Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, takes the practitioner
on an awareness journey into different states of
consciousness.
This allows the body to receive sleep, dreaming and deep
healing. This journey is one of looking inward, with as little
effort as possible. The practitioner’s goal is to stay awake, while
the body falls asleep.
You will learn more about the layers of yourself, known in yoga as the Koshas, along with the 4 stages of deep rest. Then you will be guided through the Koshas during the Nidra practice.
As you travel through the physical body, you will acknowledge the breath, you notice thought awareness, you will observe and witness and eventually you arrive into pure experiencing - also known as releasing into bliss.
Yoga Nidra allows the practitioner to feel and observe their entire being. It allows for deep physical and emotional rest.
