Drop your kiddo off at gruvnYOGA for some fun, while you get enough time to run errands or take in some self-care!
Kids will get to practice yoga (including mindful meditation + breathing), play games and make crafts indoors, have outdoor play (weather permitting), and enjoy a provided snack.
They best part is the social activity and the healthy friendships they will create with their fellow students!
2 hours with snack included - $30 drop in per visit
(Multi-visit pass available to share with siblings)
