Yoga breathing is a fast, safe and effective way to relieve stress, boost digestion, balance your mood/energy, and improve sleep.
 
During this 60 min workshop, you will learn how to create your own daily breathing practice using the three breathing categories (Ice, Fire, and Balance), a specific breath practice from each category, and ways to measure your breathing progress.


No experience of any kind is needed.

This workshop will take a very simple, science-based approach that is effective for everyone.
