Yoga breathing is a fast, safe and effective way to relieve
stress, boost digestion, balance your mood/energy, and improve
sleep.
During this approachable 60-minute workshop, you will
learn:
1) how to create your own daily breathing practice using the 3
breathing categories
2) a specific breath technique from each breathing
category
3) specific techniques for breathing during the different yoga
practices
No experience of any kind is needed.
This workshop will take a very simple, science-based approach that is effective for everyone.
