Your mini-yogi will love this Easter-themed yoga class. Kids will hunt for Easter eggs, play some fun yoga games, learn new yoga postures, make a Springtime craft.

This 6 week series teaches the fundamentals of yoga; basic postures, philosophy, breathing and relaxation techniques in a warm, welcoming studio.

Whether you spend time in the gym, on the ice, on the field, log in dozens of miles every week, or are just starting a Couch-to-5K program, you have probably heard that yoga is good for runners and athletes alike.
In this 4-part series we will be targeting specific muscle groups used when running. We’ll focus on stretching out dense tissue in the hips, loosening tight hamstrings, hip flexors, IT bands, strengthening the core, improving balance, and putting it all together with breathwork.
