Yoga for Runners + Sports Enthusiasts

Start this season off right.

Avoid injury and discomfort by incorporating yoga into your athletic routine.

Whether you spend time in the gym, on the ice, on the field, log in dozens of miles every week, or are just starting a Couch-to-5K program, you have probably heard that yoga is good for runners and athletes alike.

In this 4-part series we will be targeting specific muscle groups used when running. We’ll focus on stretching out dense tissue in the hips, loosening tight hamstrings, hip flexors, IT bands, strengthening the core, improving balance, and putting it all together with breathwork.

Beginners encouraged.
