Before class: Please create an account and complete the waiver prior to arrival. A parent/guardian must sign the waiver if the athlete is under 18.
What to bring: A yoga mat + water bottle (we have mats available onsite too!).

Join us for a fun afternoon of movement and holiday magic at HEY!
We’ll start with a family yoga class at 1pm designed for all ages to move, breathe, and have fun together.
After class, Santa and Mrs. Claus will stop by for a special visit. You’ll have time to say HEY, share your wishes, and grab a picture together before you go.
Bring your family, your holiday spirit, and a camera or phone for photos.
Sink into stillness and let the soothing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and Himalayan instruments guide you into deep relaxation. This 60-minute sound journey is designed to quiet the mind, release tension, and restore harmony to the body and spirit.
Sound healing uses vibration to bring the body back into balance — helping to reduce stress, calm the nervous system, improve sleep quality, and promote emotional release. As the sound waves move through you, they gently realign your energy and guide you into a meditative state where peace, clarity, and deep rest naturally unfold.
Simply arrive, settle in, and allow the sound to do the
rest.
This Sound Journey follows our Restore & Reiki class (booked
separately). You’re welcome to attend both. Please arrive early to
settle in, with the option to enjoy complimentary tea before the
Sound Bath.
Slowing Down for the Holidays is an intimate healing space created to gently support tender hearts during the holiday season. This gathering offers a nurturing blend of restorative practices designed to help you soften, release, and reconnect with a sense of ease as the year comes to a close.
Throughout the evening, we’ll introduce a variety of healing techniques to calm the nervous system, invite emotional release, and create room for grounding and renewal. You’ll be held in a cozy, supportive environment that honors whatever you’re carrying — no expectations, no pressure, just space to breathe and be.
Each participant will receive a journal to use during the workshop and beyond, a worksheet outlining the techniques covered, and a bottle of our seasonal Rooted Resilience essential oil blend to continue your care long after the gathering ends.
Because the heart heals best in spaciousness, this offering will be intentionally small to allow for deeper presence, personalized support, and genuine connection.
