Breathwork&Bowls
Feb 28, 2026 - Feb 28, 2026

Reset your body and mind with this breathwork and crystal bowls event. Through focused intentional breathing, this practice will help disciplie the overactive brain and clear toxic energy, thoughts and emotions. We'll begin class with very clear intention and ground ourselves through slow, intentional breathing. Moving to a two-part deep breathing technique, we'll tune into our own healing needs and abilities and release unnecessary judgements, fears and expectations while opening the door to peace, joy and inspiration. We'll end our event with a long savasana moving straight into the healing sounds of the crystal bowls.

Please bring your yoga mat, an eye pillow, bolster, blanket and an open heart.

*Please consult your doctor if you are pregnant before taking a breathwork class, and if you are prone to seizures for a crystal bowl session. If you have any health concerns pelase reach out to us directly.

Jackie is a certified breathwork facilitator and 200hr RYT (registered yoga teacher).

Breathwork calms the body by signaling the parasympathetic nervous system telling the anxious part of your brain that you're safe and do not need to use the fight, flight or freeze response.

Yoga Nidra
Mar 1, 2026 - Mar 1, 2026
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation…it simply means “yogic sleep.” You relax on your mat and listen to a four-step guided meditation. It is complete relaxation and bliss. Some say an hour of Nidra is equivalent to three hours of sleep. People who have experienced it, often say they have never slept better than after Yoga Nidra.

At Happy Hour we wear a set of headphones and hear nothing but quiet relaxing music/tones, and the guided meditation. You’ll hear nothing else…no snoring, no coughing, no distractions at all. The room will be filled with ambient lighting, candles, the smell of lavender. We have blankets, bolsters, towels and blocks. Wear your most comfortable clothing, bring a pillow and a blanket if you’d like; however, we provide everything you need.

(Our blue mats are available at a first-come-first-serve basis. You are welcome to bring your own blanket/cusion to place under your mat if you'd like.)

How to Develop a GPS for Life
Mar 8, 2026 - Mar 8, 2026

How to Develop a GPS for Life

Just as we use GPS to find our way, the Buddha taught an inner guidance system based on mindfulness, wisdom, and compassion. In this talk and guided meditation, we’ll explore how to stay centered during confusion, make wiser choices, and gently “re-route” when life takes unexpected turns.

Join us to reconnect with your inner compass and move forward with clarity and peace.
