Beginner Yoga Series

Curious about yoga but not quite ready to dive into a group class? This welcoming workshop series is designed to help brand-new students feel comfortable, confident, and supported as they begin their yoga journey.

Yoga is for every body. No matter your age, shape, or experience level—including those recovering from injury—you’ll find a place here. Over six weeks, we’ll gently explore the foundations of a hatha yoga practice, including:

  • Sun Salutations

  • Twists & balance poses

  • Standing strength postures

  • Forward folds & gentle backbends

You’ll learn how to adapt each posture to your unique body using props, alignment tips, and simple techniques that bring both energy and ease. We’ll also explore introductory pranayama (breathwork) to calm the nervous system, deepen relaxation, and connect breath with movement. Every class ends with a deeply restorative savasana.

This series is perfect if you are:

  • Brand new to yoga

  • Returning after an injury

  • Or simply craving time and space to revisit the fundamentals with care

No prior yoga experience needed. Just wear comfortable clothing—you’ll be provided with mats, props, and lots of support.
