Join Harlem yoga studio and Uptown grand central for a morning of Yoga and giving back!

 

We start at 9 AM at HYS with a donation based yoga open level yoga class to get the kinks out, and start our day with breath and connection. Then we walk over to Marcus Garvey Park where uptown Grand Central and Harlem Grown will join is with everything we need to make our park more beautiful (garbage bags, gloves, etc)

 

Joining us for class ? Please choose the $20 donation. You will automatically be enrolled in the cleanup. (All proceeds go towards park beautification) Members can take the class for free by using your membership to sign up. But feel free to make a donation in cash or with Venmo if you like!

 

Meeting us at the park for cleanup? Please choose the free event option (Park Clean Up Only) so that we can ensure we have enough materials for everybody. Families welcomed!! We will meet at the entrance of 124th and Madison Ave.
