Coming Home to Presence is a 4-week journey designed to help you reconnect with yourself, nurture your whole health, and cultivate lasting joy in daily life. Together in an intimate group of no more than 10 participants, we’ll gather for 2-hour weekly sessions that weave together:

  • Living in Your Body – guided practices to anchor awareness and ease into embodied presence
  • Meditation & Mindful Movement – gentle ways to quiet the mind and energize the body
  • Teaching & Discussion – supportive conversation and insights for everyday integration
  • Practical Tools – a new resource each week to bring presence and balance into daily living

Over the 4 weeks of this program, you’ll explore themes such as finding presence in daily life, the power of connection, whole-health living, and manifesting from your inner sanctuary.
