New to yoga or ready to return and revisit the basics? Join us for three engaging sessions designed to help you move with confidence, connect with your breath, and discover the joy of yoga.
Consecutive Sundays — Jan 4th & 11th | 12:15 – 1:45 PM and Jan 18th 3:15-4:45PM
In the first two sessions, Charlotte and Susan will guide you step-by-step through the key movements, postures, and principles that form the foundation of most yoga classes. You’ll learn posture names, how to align safely and effectively for your body, and build the confidence to attend any of our Start Slow & Strong Registered Classes or any other Level 1 or Level 1–2 classes with ease.
Our final session is a special practice exclusively for our Yoga Starters — a 1-hour class followed by a short Q&A with your teachers.
You’ll also receive a printed reference guide and video overview to support your practice and continued learning.
