Small Group Strength Training that teaches you how to workout smarter, not harder, with the most effective muscle building exercises in just 60 minutes.

This 8-week series of classes is geared towards women who want to build muscle, get stronger, shed excess body fat, and achieve a more sculpted looking body.

In each class, you'll be guided through the most effective muscle building exercises in just 60-minutes. The goal is to workout SMARTER, not harder. These classes will follow a phased program to avoid hitting plateaus that lead to frustration and burnout.

Best part is, you'll have a qualified personal trainer by your side to guide you through each class and ensure that exercises are being executed properly, so you avoid injury and get results. Your progress will be tracked each class to ensure you are moving in the right direction.

SPACE IS LIMITED! We are looking for 4 motivated individuals who are willing and ready to commit to training two times a week for 8 consecutive weeks.

Investment: $640 – 8-week series, 2 classes weekly (that works out to $40/class)

Kids Yoga

Kids Yoga classes are designed for children ages 5-10 years old.

These classes are an opportunity for children to enjoy a variety of fun activities as they learn creative ways to practice yoga, mindfulness and meditation.

Each week will be a different theme, with music, games, storytelling and creative time to explore different ways to relax the mind and body.

There are many benefits for children who practice Yoga and Mindfulness:

  • Enhances flexibility, strength, and physical well-being
  • Provides children with healthy ways to express, balance and regulate their emotions and behaviour
  • Eases anxiety and tension
  • Supports social and emotional learning
  • Positive impact on students’ academic performance

Our Kids Yoga classes will be instructed by Mia, a Certified Children’s Yoga Instructor with 20+ years working with children.

Join us for our winter series of Kids Yoga! These classes will be held on Saturday mornings at 9AM for 1 hour. This 6-week series runs from March 23 - April 27.

Only 8 spots available in each class. You may register for the full series or for individual classes. Either way, best to pre-register since space is limited.

Investment: 6 classes for $108 (that's $18/class) or $20 per class.

You can drop-off your child at 9am and pick-up at 10am OR join us for our 9am hot yoga class for adults!
