laughter.
4.Grounding Activity: Grounding session for relaxation and cool down. Samples of grounding techniques are mindful and rhythmic movements.

Laughter began to fuel my inner child again; transmuting pain to feeling alive and opening all senses to the wonders and the beauty of my day-to-day life.
The purity and the energetic properties of smiling and laughing began a quest to expand and share with many beautiful souls.
