Step back from the overwhelming overload of work, caregiving, chores, expectations, and endless responsibilities to join other women balancing overfilled lives for a weekend devoted to honoring our feminine power, perseverance and divine spirit. Join the women’s circle to unwind and revive our depleted spirits, and fill our empty soul tanks with inspiration, self-care, self-discovery, and self-love. This retreat includes yoga on and off the mat with labyrinth walking, fire ceremony, garden meditation, journaling, Soul collage, gong meditation, great conversation, and more. We will explore how our lives get to be so filled, yet not necessarily “full”, and learn methods to invite peace, harmony and space into our world so we feel more balanced and connected to the things that count most. Our busy lives don’t go away, but we return to them refreshed, renewed and ready to return to the things we must, yet perhaps willing to make changes where we can and should to find a more sustainable relationship with our busy world.
Activities are planned day 1 from 3pm-9pm, Day 2, 9am – 8pm & day 3 from 9am – 12:00. Attendees are provided space and time to reflect and rest during the retreat but we also spend time enjoying introspective activities to learn, grow and share stories with others who understand the unique challenges of being a competent woman in today’s busy world!
This retreat includes all activities with several dynamic leaders as well as art materials and a few take home gifts. Includes 2 dinners (day 1 & 2) 2 breakfasts, (dat 2 & 3) Lunch day 2 and ongoing snacks. Participants are also invited to stay on the property with two nights lodging in comfortable dorm style accommodations (day 1 & 2 nights). Check in time is after 2pm. For those who prefer private accommodations, (must have transportation) single rooms with a bath are available at nearby homes of students in our yoga community (Air B & B style) for an additional fee of 35.00 a night (payable to the host.) There is no discount for those who wish to attend the retreat, yet do not wish to take advantage of our complimentary dorm accommodations.
