The
Heartwood RYS-300 Online program is a comprehensive yoga training
with a concentration in yoga therapy. This course provides remote
access to our full curriculum through zoom meetings and
per-recorded content for accepted subject matter (anatomy and
humanities.) with person to person instructor interaction and a
shared learning experience with the tribe with additional zoom
meetings for questions and answers and opportunity to participate
in practicum teaching with feedback.
This
distance learning program includes advanced and original content to
expand your yoga education. Prerecorded content includes
comprehensive lectures and material in anatomy, philosophy, posture
focus, bandhas, chakra studies,Sanskrit, bells, bowls and gongs and
business of yoga to support your educational foundation
.
