Arm Care & Velocity is an intense program designed to add velocity, flexibility, mobility and endurance. This is NOT a program for pitchers only. Catchers, infielders, and outfielders will all up their game.
This is a 3 month, 3 day/week program that CAN and SHOULD be done before , during and after the season. The days of taking off 3 or 4 months are over! It is all about working and moving the body and arm properly throughout the year to build endrance and proper throwing mechanics to ensure a healthy strong arm during the season. College and Pro Players have adopted this philosphy and we, at Home Field, are passing it along.
In our first session, we had players gaining between 5-16 miles and hour!
