Coach Bailey will focus on teaching players the fundamentals of lifting while helping them work on building overall body strength. This 16 week program will work Monday, Wednesday, & Friday. This class is meant for the class of 2025 & 2026 or those new to lifting

Monday - lower body work
Wednesdy - multi directional speed and agility
Friday - upper body work
This program can be worked in conjuction with our othe programs like velocity training, speed and agility, catchers boot camps.
