What you will Learn:

• Learn the fundamentals of Yin Yoga, including the key postures, modifications, and use of props to safely guide students through a deep, meditative practice.
• Study the anatomy of the body’s connective tissues, joints, and fascia, and understand how Yin Yoga promotes flexibility, joint health, and mental relaxation.
• Explore the energetic aspects of Yin, including meridian theory and the subtle body, as rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
• Develop skills to create thoughtful and balanced Yin sequences that enhance stillness, mindfulness, and meditation.
• Gain hands-on experience teaching Yin classes with personalized feedback to help you build confidence in your teaching abilities.

This training is open to anyone seeking to expand their repertoire Yoga teachers, as well as dedicated yoga practitioners who want to deepen their practice of Yin Yoga.

Upon completion, you will receive a 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training certification

• 200-500hr Yoga teachers which can be applied toward your continuing education hours with Yoga Alliance.
• There is no previous Teaching experience needed, if you are not already a yoga instructor, you can still attend this course, and be certified to teach Yin yoga. If you obtain your 200hrs afterwards, any trainings done before will not be applied to continuing education courses in accordance with Yoga Alliance.
