This workshop will be a deep dive into YOU as we use 26 core postures to help you learn how to a bring more profound strength, flexibility and healing into your yoga practice. It is encouraged that you take this workshop in person as there will be many individual adjustments to your practice but you may also attend it online via replay from the comfort of your home.

about YOUR OWN unique and individual misalignments, what they mean
and what to do about them!
- Learn how the pose is done incorrectly and correctly to maximize health, strength, flexibility and meditation.
- Practice techniques and cues that help you to go deeper into a pose in the most healthy way for you.
- Discover alternative ways to engage or maintain a pose that feeds your strength rather than your habits
- Learn breathing and focusing techniques that help you change the way your body functions
These tips will be applicable not only to your ongoing yoga practice but also in your daily life.
