Let’s face it, going to the doctor is never fun. That’s
because most of us visit doctors when we are ill, looking for quick
relief from what ails us. But what would happen if we went to the
doctor to learn how to not only balance but to improve our
health?
In Coach Spencer Elbert’s Four Doctors Wellness Series, you’ll
be provided with education, tools, and resources to balance your
health from a holistic point of view. Each week you will dive into
an essential pillar of health, learning to listen to the Doctor
already within you. This empowering series will help you plan and
personalize your health and wellness goals while providing inward
reflection to show that you have the power within you to take
control of your health and happiness.
This class is designed as a series, and you are also welcome
to drop into a single class. Come explore the Four Doctors within
you!
During week one we will explore Dr. Happy. Coach Spencer will
introduce the concept of flow and discuss how the rhythm and
pressure of everyday life impacts your sense wellness and
abundance. Learn how a regulated nervous system can impact your
overall health, happiness, and how it impacts reaching your dreams
and goals in life.
In week two we will explore Dr. Movement and discuss practical
and successful movement routines by balancing working out with
working in to create a balanced body and nervous system. You’ll
leave this class with a better understanding functional movement
patterns and techniques to help you build strength and tone.
During week three, Dr. Diet will change your perspective on
the word diet. Instead limiting and restricting foods, you’ll learn
about intuitive eating and diet through the concepts of energy,
chemistry, hydration, and organics. Learn how to use food to
balance your energy and eat right for your individual needs.
In the final week, we will look inward to find Dr. Quiet.
You’ll learn how to reflect and ask yourself the right questions so
you can spend your energy on activities and experiences that you
value most, as we deep dive into introspection and rest as tools
for energy accumulation.
