Meditation & Mantra: From Stillness to Stirring
As winter begins to loosen its grip and the first hints of spring emerge, this late-February Meditation & Mantra class invites you into a space of gentle transition. Together, we will explore seated meditation and guided mantra practice as tools for grounding, clarity, and intentional renewal.
This class centers on releasing what has grown heavy during the winter months while cultivating inner warmth, resilience, and readiness for what’s next. Through breath awareness, repetition of sacred sound, and moments of silence, participants will be guided to soften the mind, steady the nervous system, and reconnect with their inner rhythm.
No prior meditation or mantra experience is required—this class is accessible, reflective, and welcoming to all. Come as you are, rest deeply, and leave feeling centered, clear, and subtly reawakened.
Perfect for those seeking rest, reflection, and a mindful reset as the season shifts.
