Our Level 1 series is designed for students who have completed our beginner series or who already have a basic foundation in pole.
Over six weeks, you’ll continue to build strength, technique, and body awareness. You’ll learn new spins, climbs, transitions, and start linking movements together with flow and control.
We’ll focus on refining your form, improving grip strength, and introducing movement patterns that challenge you while still feeling accessible. Each class builds on the last, giving you time to grow your confidence, coordination, and personal style.
