Yin yoga...with a smattering of flow

We will start with longer held yin poses that are ideal for creating increased joint mobility as they soften the thick bands of connective tissue and balance the energy systems. Slower flow will be incorporated to transition from one pose to the next. The session also includes 4 part breathing and focused concentration for a few minutes with a relaxation pose to seal the practice. This is a quiet reflective practice and will be experiential in nature as opposed to lecture.
